This month, I’m appearing in a lot of different places.
In fact, I have one reading and three signings for the new book. So, I wanted to break it all down and give you the details—in case you’re in the area and can make it to one of my events.
Here they are:
Reading at Poetry Open Mic in Alexandria
First up, I’ll be doing my regular session at the Poetry Open Mic Night at St. Elmo’s Café (the one on Mt. Vernon Ave.) in Alexandria, Virginia, on Oct. 3 at 7 p.m.
It’s a round robin of poetry and I should get two cracks at the mic, so I’ll do two poems from the new book. It’s a diverse offering of poetry and always great to see what everyone’s been cooking up, poetry-wise, in the last month.
Signing 1 – Oct. 17
I’ll be doing my first book signing EVER at the Barnes & Noble in Fairfax, VA (on Fair Lakes Promenade Drive) on Oct. 17 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. I’ll be signing my book of poems, “The Book of Hours.”
Signing 2 – Oct. 18
My second signing will take place at the Barnes & Noble in Gainesville, VA on Oct. 18. I’ll be there from noon to 3 p.m.
Signing 3 – Oct. 25
My final signing of the month will take place at the Barnes & Noble in Manassas, VA. I’ll be there from noon to 3 p.m. on Oct. 25.
A Special Treat – Oct. 25
Keep an eye on the official Horror Writers Association blog the morning of Oct. 25. My first non-fiction piece should be appearing that day over there. I’ll share more details here on the Blog once it’s published.
